Herne Bay Organ & Keyboard Club
We meet bi-monthly (on 2nd and 4th Wednesdays) and encourage local people with an interest in Organ & Keyboards playing as a hobby to join us. Our social evenings involve our members playing either, their own or our club instruments to entertain during the evening. Several members play during the evening. We have several Themed nights throughout the year such as Country & Western Nights, Fish & Chip Suppers and 50?s/60?s nights. The evenings include a raffle & light refreshments. On our Concert meetings we invite professional Organ & Keyboard musicians from around the country to entertain us for the whole evening. This too includes light refreshments and a raffle. We encourage members of all ages and their musical ability is unimportant. Many of our members and guests do not play at all.
Meetings are now held at Pettman House (1st Herne Bay Over 60's Club), Hanover Square, Herne Bay.
